Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a not-for-profit organization in managing and optimizing HR systems and processes. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance automation, improve efficiency, and provide actionable workforce insights.
Key Resposibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize HRIS solutions.
- Document workforce processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide
recommendations. - Conduct audits on HR processes, including hiring, termination, and payroll.
- Provide training and technical support to workforce management teams.
- Troubleshoot technical HRIS issues and ensure smooth system operation.
- Generate reports and insights to enhance workforce performance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Proven HRIS experience with a focus on process optimization.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM,with 3 days onsite in Des Plaines, IL..
- Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders and provide regular reporting.
