Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a not-for-profit organization in managing and optimizing HR systems and processes. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance automation, improve efficiency, and provide actionable workforce insights.

Key Resposibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize HRIS solutions.
• Document workforce processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide
  recommendations.
• Conduct audits on HR processes, including hiring, termination, and payroll.
• Provide training and technical support to workforce management teams.
• Troubleshoot technical HRIS issues and ensure smooth system operation.
• Generate reports and insights to enhance workforce performance.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proven HRIS experience with a focus on process optimization.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM,with 3 days onsite in Des Plaines, IL..
• Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders and provide regular reporting.
